Roof replacement
Down to the decking, then done right
A complete Owens Corning system, installed by the crew that will still answer the phone next year.
A roof is a system
Shingles are the part you can see from the street, and they are maybe half of what keeps water out of your house. Underneath them there is decking, underlayment, ice and water shield in the valleys and along the eaves, flashing at every chimney and wall, and a ventilation path that has to move air from the soffits out through the ridge.
Using quality roofing products ensures durability, weather resistance, and long-term protection for your home. These materials stand up to the elements, reducing the need for costly repairs. That is the whole reason we tear off rather than lay over: you cannot inspect decking you have just covered up.
What a replacement looks like
- 01
Free inspection
Alex gets on the roof, looks at what is actually happening, and tells you whether you need a replacement or not.
- 02
Tear-off
Old material comes off down to bare decking, ground gets tarped, and the site stays clean while we work.
- 03
Decking checked
Soft or rotten sheathing gets replaced. This is the step you only get once, and it is the reason a lay-over is a false economy.
- 04
System goes on
Underlayment, ice and water shield, shingles, flashing, ridge cap, and the ventilation balanced to the attic underneath it.
